Move our #inclusions for "lua_script_manager.h"
...
For whatever reason, almost none of gtk2_ardour will compile (with MSVC) unless 'lua_script_manager.h' gets #included by 'gtk2_ardour/window_manager.h'. No idea why... :-(

I would have loved to split this apart, but there are just so many interrelated changes,
it makes little sense and would be a huge effort that would break future git bisect
use because so many intermediate commits would not compile
