Consistently use context-menu button action
...
This fixes an issue where brining up a menu can directly activate an
action in the menu. Notably on macOS.
Nathan reports that this may also address #9515
Note: mac touchpads are not affected since right-click there is
effectively a "press and hold".

This is mostly a simple lexical search+replace but the absence of operator< for
std::weak_ptr<T> leads to some complications, particularly with Evoral::Sequence
and ExportPortChannel.

Allow to un/link panner directly from the panner #8024

When editing a sends, this allows to unlink send panner via
the panner's context menu.
NB. After 6.0-rc string freeze the context menu needs an update.
So far the text from the Processor Box context menu is reused.

Fix some Gtk::Menu related memory leaks
...
A Gtk::manage()d widget will be deleted when its parent container
is destroyed. Top-level context menus are not inside a container and
hence need to be manually deallocated.
This adds explicit delete calls for menus where there is a
member variable reference to the Menu.

Remove Cruft -- AutomationStyle never did anything.

Trim automation is planned via SlavableAC as normal AutomationMode.
Some of this code have a revival (a special "Trim+Preview" state
before merging Automation but that has to be more general than Pan & Gain.
