0ae8dd4bdb connect "blink-rec-arm" only when needed. 
This also fixes rec-arm button display when Mixer strip
is showing an aux-send instead of the current route.

It's still only a half-baked solution. If "blink-rec-arm" is
to stay a lot of details related to this will need addressing.

af3056769c changes to waveform clipping display 
* clip level is now -0.9dbFS
   * display of clipping is optional (see Theme Manager window)
   * clipping is based on disk data, unscaled by region gain

6fa6514cfd Remove over 500 unnecessary includes (including 54 of session.h). 
It's slightly possible that this causes trivial build failures on different
configurations, but otherwise shouldn't cause any problems (i.e. no actual
changes other than include/naming/namespace stuff).  I deliberately avoided
removing libardour-config.h since this can mysteriously break things, though a
few of those do seem to be unnecessary.

This commit only targets includes of ardour/*.h.  There is also a very large
number of unnecessary includes of stuff in gtk2_ardour; tackling that should
also give a big improvement in build time when things are modified.

813c5f0af9 major rationalization of use of search paths. ardour now has just 4 functions used to define how external resources are located: ardour_config_search_path() (for system or user specific configuration data), ardour_data_search_path() (for machine, user and system independent data), ardour_dll_directory() (base directory where shared libraries are found) and user_config_directory(). These are now used throughout the code. the config, data and dll paths/directories can be overridden by environment variables. the user config dir is added as the first element of the first two search paths, and use selectively when searching for a few other things. 
This commit re-enabes ./waf install, and it is believed that it works fully at this point (more testing likely required)

05283a6339 Only use ArdourDialog (and thus Gtk::Dialog) for actual dialogs. 
Fixes #4364.

I havn't fully tested every single dialog and window (heck, I don't even know
how to get at half of them), and there may be some packing niggles, but this is
the bulk of the work.  The Gnome 3 kiddies can close their dialogs now, anyway
:)

51ab5ccabf new ArdourButton class, to start to provide more control over how our buttons work and appear; use ArdourButtons for monitor, solo isolate and solo safe buttons, and in the processor box; don't save UI config file (canvas colors) to the user's home dir unless one or more parameters were modified by the user

Vimmers, try let c_space_errors = 1 in your .vimrc to highlight this kind of stuff in red.  I don't know the emacs equivalent...

e0aaed6d65 *** NEW CODING POLICY *** 
All #include statements that include a header that is a part of a library
bundled with ardour MUST use quotes, not angle brackets.

Do this:

#include "ardour/types.h"

NOT this:

#include <ardour/types.h>

Rationale:

This is best practice in general, to ensure we include the local version
and not the system version.  That quotes mean "local" (in some sense)
and angle brackets mean "system" (in some sense) is a ubiquitous
convention and IIRC right in the C spec somewhere.

More pragmatically, this is required by (my) waf (stuff) for dependencies
to work correctly.  That is:

!!! FAILURE TO DO THIS CAN RESULT IN BROKEN BUILDS !!!

Failure to comply is punishable by death by torture. :)

P.S. It's not that dramatic in all cases, but this (in combination with some
GCC flags specific to the include type) is the best way I have found to be
absolutely 100% positive the local ones are being used (and we definitely
want to be absolutely 100% positive on that one).
