6ad69a206c When muting a route because another is soloed, take 
into account the muting options (pre-fader/post-fader etc.)
for the muted route.

f35dc8b35d Remove muting behaviour from the Amp processor. Fix some small 
bugs with delivery muting.  The upshot being that muting now definitely
happens in a channel's deliveries, and not really in the channel strip
at all.  When the channel is muted, those deliveries described by
the MuteMaster settings are muted.  Should fix #3141.

78b8eaf565 save global state when quitting BEFORE we stop the engine, so that global MIDI ports are still connected and thus will re-establish their connections on session reload
