Robin Gareus e0d5c1426c
NO-OP: fix some Wimplicit-fallthrough
gcc can recognize various regexps in comments. Since C++17 provides
[[fallthrough]], using /* fallthrough */ consistently seems
appropriate until we switch to C++17.
