Add a couple of example export format profiles with Soundcloud upload enabled, so that people can upload to Soundcoud without having to go into the 'Edit Export Format Profile' dialogue and enable them there. There's probably still a discussion to be had about exactly what formats these profiles should have, and also their names, but I think they're a reasonably sensible starting point.
