Taybin Rutkin 77a13df5bd Moved PluginInfo::Type to ARDOUR::PluginType in ardour/types.h. 
Figured out (mostly) AUPluginUI hierarchy.
Moved LadspaPluginUI to its own ladspa_pluginui.cc file.
