more or less complete restoration of Controllable::_id from XML, with all that implies for MIDI bindings continuing to work across session reloads, and also that the controlled parameter is now set from Controllable::set_value() during session loading, not directly from its "own" XML value; still some funny stuff going on with Panners. This may have broken 2.X session loading in that panners may not be setup correctly

(Hopefully) clarify operator= and copy construction behaviour of the Property hierarchy. Also make operator= copy the value but NOT the property ID; this stops e.g. a = b giving a the property ID of b and confusing things. Fixes some problems with save/restore of region sync position.

GUI-created MIDI regions now steal the pending MIDISource from the track's diskstream, to keep numbering sane; don't create any new MIDI regions if capture collected no data (fixes a crash in my previous commit, and is just logically much more sensible

midway snapshot of work done on managing Region & Source lifetimes correctly. may fix missing MIDI file bug ; save empty playlists because they may be referred to by the history file ; undo commands auto-delete when objects they refer to die (currently not commands built from XML deserialization); Sources now know how many regions are using them for something, meaning that we know if we can delete the files holding any data for the source

Allow cross-thread request invalidators to cope with multiple requests
...
being logged before they are handled, and to invalidate them all rather
than just the last one. Fixes shutdown problems when the PortMatrix has
been opened during the session, during which PortRegisteredOrUnregistered
is emitted quite heavily.
