Avoid repeated pointless configure messages like:
Checking for 'g++' (C++ compiler!) : /usr/lib64/ccache/g++

Enforce session-util app name
...
This fixes an issue with some macOS that create index oe
meta-data files e.g. `session_utils/._export.cc`.
Besides that it increases consistency.

Fix cross-compile linking (arm-linux ld)

Explicitly specify required libraries (waf does no longer
forward .uselib dependencies of libraries used by .use).
This leads to undefined symbols.

prepare for update to waf 1.8
...
uselib is no longer implicit (inherited by .use). This is still incomplete,
some uselibs for non-linux variants may be missing.
bld.is_defined("HAVE_XXX") also no longer works and will have to be
changed (I think to bld.env["HAVE_XXX"]) in countless places.
