Export now happens directly to file (unless normalizing is required), and can be easily optimized even further.
The Session process connection is still broken during export (as it was before this commit also).

Route::set_meter_point() is now conceptually RT safe, although it still takes a write lock on the processor list. this allows it to be called when setting rec-enable status on a route. not thoroughly tested, and still incomplete - single route rec-enables should probably use this pathway, and there is still no cross-thread cleanup from an RT route op request

Move some (most) playlist-related code and data into a separate object
...
(SessionPlaylists). Main point being to ensure that, when a Session
is destroyed (especially as a result of its constructor throwing an
exception) SessionPlaylists::track is disconnected from its signal
at the same time as the list of playlists is destroyed. Otherwise
problems abound.

Give Processor::run a new parameter to say whether or not the run method must leave
...
the passed-in buffers valid. In the case where the main outs delivery is the last
processor in a route, this is not necessary (and wasteful). If another processor
(e.g. a meter) follows the main outs, the passed-in (scratch) buffers must be valid
or the meter will get garbage data.
Fixes meters displaying phantom signals in some cases.

as per freedesktop/XDG specs, ardour3 config files etc now live ~/.config/ardour3 by default, or /ardour3 for those who are mentally ill; a previous commit put this in ~/.config/.ardour3 which was a mistake. you may want to copy over ~/.ardour3 contents and/or remove defunct directories. apologies for the inconvenience

Use shared_ptr::unique() instead of shared_ptr::use_count() == 1.

use_count() can be slow (not constant time) depending on underlying implementation.
Similar situation to std::list::size() == 0 an std::list::empty(), the former
does a big traversal/computation only to check if the very first step went.
I think the current boost implementation is just a reference count anyway, but
hey. In theory.

* Tempo now uses nframes64_t everywhere (except for sample rate values)
* as in 2.X, use mkstemp and hack to avoid temp file nonsense, and remove erroneous free() from disk stats output

make per-region note-tracking in MidiPlaylist work correctly, or something very close to it. note that locking isssues remain when regions (and thus note trackers) are removed
