remove lib versioning for internal plugins
...
Those objects do not have a versioned API by themselves.
This fixes issues with duplicate deployment (OSX, Linux bundles: cp) and
ardour listing control-surfaces multiple times (file index plugin dir).

unregisters/re-registers them.
