4d112a8e6b remove Glib::ustring from libardour; allow any characters except '/' and '\' in paths (may cause issues when loading creatively named 2.X sessions; fix a couple of details of name collection and usage from the startup dialog

f13b700944 mostly fix 3409 by making it impossible to sync to JACK if video pull up/down is non-zero. missing: can still alter video pull up/down after syncing to JACK, will likely wait till post-3.0

8f093b0eaa Don't call reset_zoom with the default frames_per_unit if we have got a different value from the Editor's state. Fixes restore of zoom level on session load.

a54f107d4f Make summary zoom happen based on where the drag is started, rather than 
needing a modifier.  Change mouse pointer shape in the summary to indicate
what will happen on a drag.  Allow vertical zoom in the summary, which modifies
track heights accordingly.
