Hotfix crash in OSX engine dialog.
This is not really a fix, just some quick hack
to make ardour start at all if there’s no prior
CoreAudio EngineState in the config.

This reverts commit f374ce69a6 .
The code does not compile on OS X, and includes changes to ARDOUR::AudioEngine
that have not landed in git.
