Paul Davis dc4eae5c37 hopefully fix issue with Editor::set_canvas_cursor_for_region_view() which was incorrectly switching to trim cursors. 
This started happening more frequently after this function started to be called more often (which was the right thing to do, but
had this side effect (now fixed).
