Retain shuttle color regardless of speed 
Even if the default text is boring, dark gray on black
is not readable. This makes Ardour behave like mixbus (which
always used default foreground).

Fix clock edited-text and cursor colors 
This restores using the distinct colors for cursor and edited text,
which was lost in the theme overhaul in 7f80883eb1.
Since delta-clocks are not editable, the same color is used for
delta display and the edit cursor (orange in the default theme).

Adam Bark c8e92338ff Emphasise beat lines; fix issue 8156 
"grid line micro" and "grid line minor" colours were the same so it was
difficult to tell where in a bar you were when zoomed in.

Update cubasish-ardour.colors 
Corrected colors closer to a5.12 version (compared with existing a6 theme). Added comments to < Color > section.

In the original file there was an excess line (177) - deleted in new version:

This commit changes the clip indicator from white to red coloured (from "color 9" to "color 55"). Also the "color 55" is changing from orange (f85813) to maximum bright red color (ff0009)
