Don't tear down and rebuild all rulers on each visibility change, fix duplicated secondary-m in SAE bindings, avoid dirty master channel updates on osx, simplify ruler scale calculation params.

Handle changed session duration & resizing canvas better wrt end marker, remove unused last_canvas_frame, don't redraw the entire mixer every time its presented, consistent space between rightmost horizontal scroller position and end marker when zooming, possible fix for gaps in tempo lines.

Further automation refactoring - bring in the concept of Controllable, work towards

making automation + GUI + play/write/touch generic and easily reusable.
Added bar controller to automation track controls (mostly relevant for MIDI CC, but added for gain and pan too Just Because).
Fixed glaring "redirect" list errors.
Fix plugin controls/automation loading.

** requires svn jack ** Hardware monitoring should work, some canvas scrolling speed improvement, don't disconcertingly churn the disk if jack auto-start fails, mixer visibility state is saved per session, slow down meters a bit (too much?), zoom cleanups, remove some unused variables, use rwlock for tempo state for no reason other than that it might be useful one day, fix compiler warning.
