Robin Gareus	3c17721eff	Fix SourceListBase::remove_source ... * It was never called because SourceListBase::set_session subscribed to the signal just before SessionHandle::set_session dropped _session_connections * remove_source() only checked the first source of the whole-file region, not all sources of a multi-channel region. Paul Davis	b35518e212	switch from boost::{shared,weak}_ptr to std::{shared,weak}_ptr ... This is mostly a simple lexical search+replace but the absence of operator< for std::weak_ptr<T> leads to some complications, particularly with Evoral::Sequence and ExportPortChannel.	2023-03-24 14:19:15 -06:00
